Yarussi Construction is a family-owned masonry and restoration firm in Warren, New Jersey — the work of a father and son, with three generations behind the trowel.
Our Story
Built stone
by stone.
The firm began the way most good masonry firms begin — on a job site, with a father teaching a son how to read a wall. After the shop they'd worked at for years closed, they went into business doing the only thing they ever did right. Decades later, the same two hands set the standard for every crew that bears the family name.
We have made our practice in the buildings that quietly define our communities: apartment houses and brownstones, schools and civic buildings, the bell towers and stone walls of historic churches. Many of those churches we are honored to restore — a privilege a Catholic family does not take lightly.
We are not the largest firm in New Jersey. We have never wanted to be. We are interested in doing this work well, leaving each building better than we found it, and answering personally for the result.
